ESL 57 PANELS ORDERED FOR DISPATCH OUTSIDE THE UK

We have for some years now supplied ESL 57 treble panels overseas without the necessity to send us your "old" or defective treble panel/s on an exchange basis in an effort to reduce the freight costs for our overseas friends.  But please note that, in future, panels will no longer be sent out with dust covers fitted.   This cuts down on the weight of panels (not insignificant if they are being sent to (or from) Hong Kong, Eastern Europe or Australia!)  and means less elaborate packaging has to be employed to protect the delicate dust covers from damage.  Simply retain your original dust covers for re-use.    With respect to ESL 57 bass panels,  your "old" panels must still be sent to us on an "exchange" basis, but please remove and retain the dust covers first (Note: simply 'snip off' the 3 wires at the rear - new wires will be soldered to the new panels upon return)   This will significantly reduce the freight costs.  When the panel or panels are returned, a dust-cover kit will be included in the parcel free-of-charge, together with easy-to-follow fitting instructions, to enable you to re-fit the dust covers with new polymer or mylar as the case may be.
