We are offering these STANDARD REBUILDS complete with Light Oak Rupert stands, with new side rails to match. They also feature black acoustically transparent grille cloth produced by Radio Silks. Treble panels are our relatively new "OTEC Ts" - a panel with a superb extended and delicate treble response and exceptional power handling (sadly, not the strong point of Quad original treble panels!) Bass panels are original serviced Quads selected from our large stocks for optimum performance. New high grade components throughout and superior internal wiring. .Latest CLP4 clamp boards & RBT 4 rectifiers, and no pair of ESL 57s would be complete without a pair of our "Widgets" (See owner's comments on our site), so these are included as part of the package . Please note that at the price asked (see our price list) you are effectively paying nothing for the original speakers (worth anything up to £500 on the second-hand market).

The very best of which we are capable in the restoration of this classic speaker. Brand new end pieces stained and varnished to match the Rupert stands—and the rebuild was only completed in early September, so they’re not even run in yet! We have ‘treated’ this no-compromise pair of rebuilds to a pair of gold-plated speaker sockets, and to fine-tune the response the package is offered with a pair of our famous Widgets (see owner's comments on our site). Please note that at the price asked the prospective purchaser is effectively getting the original ESL 57s (worth anything up to £500 on the second-hand market) absolutely FREE OF CHARGE.
