It is with a heavy heart that we have to announce the passing of Steven. His extensive knowledge of audio was unsurpassed and welcomed talking to our customers about their hi-fi, equipment and would spend alot of time making sure they had all the knowledge they needed to make the right choice.
From his early days working at RSC in shelton square as the long haired customer friendly worker. Hugely into his music, audio and disco equipment, he would entertain with discos for freinds and family.
Later at Coventry Hi-Fi and then along side Ron when One Thing Audio was born, his love of audio was continued, with his passion for creating new designs and offering the best rebuilt ESL57s at the time, Ron and Steve together drove One Thing Audio to the place they are today.
He will be sorely missed by so many.

I am so saddened to hear this, a legend in the world of high fidelity sound is so sadly, no longer with us. I met Steve three years ago when he repaired my ESL63’s and I was immediately taken in by his dedication to his work and his vast knowledge, some of which he shared with me.. I send my deepest condolences to all his friends and family.. Steve is no longer with us, but the results of his brilliant work will live on for many years to come. He will be missed by so many. RIP Steve..
